Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA initiatives, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and food‑safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with logistics and operations teams to embed quality into every stage of production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance systems and programs across the facility.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for new and existing products.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to define processes and specifications.
• Create QA plans and process‑control procedures to guarantee compliance of work‑in‑progress and finished goods.
• Continuously evaluate the quality and food‑safety system, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Handle client questions and complaints related to product quality.
• Conduct monthly Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits of the factory.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Background in logistics and ability to work six days a week on a shifting schedule.
• Strong team orientation and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to be based in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
