QSHE Manager – Quality, Safety, Health & Environment

About the role

The QSHE Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. This senior position ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives performance excellence and fosters a proactive safety culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, manage CAPA processes and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Establish and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) aligned with ISO 45001, conduct risk assessments and oversee incident investigations.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) following ISO 14001, monitor environmental performance and lead sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier and certification audits, and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Management Representative for integrated management systems, prepare performance reports for senior management and liaise with regulators and external auditors.
• Lead, coach and develop the QHSE team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading QHSE functions in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
