QC Engineer

About the role

The company is seeking a QC Engineer to support its electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves applying quality control methodologies and statistical tools to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize problem‑solving and statistical techniques such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, OCAP and 7QC to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Perform quality inspections and data analysis using Minitab (and JMP where applicable).
• Maintain documentation and reports in MS Office.
• Work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a QC Engineer in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Quality‑focused mindset with ability to work independently.
