Process Engineer – Central Process Engineering (Trim and Form)

About the role

As a Senior Engineer in Trim and Form (TnF) Process Engineering, you will drive efficiency, quality, and reliability of TnF processes, leading equipment qualifications and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead qualification and implementation of new TnF equipment, tooling, and metrology systems.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as FMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for TnF-related customer complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑reduction projects focused on productivity and quality.
• Provide technical expertise for complex process challenges, equipment issues, and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to optimize process performance.
• Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify trends and sustain improvements.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in TnF equipment, tooling mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and mentoring abilities.

Required skills

• Statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Process qualification and equipment validation.
• FMEA, Control Plan development, SPC methodologies.
• Data‑driven problem‑solving and root cause analysis.
