QC Engineer

About the role
The company is seeking a QC Engineer to support its electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves applying quality control methodologies and statistical tools to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize problem‑solving and statistical techniques such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, OCAP and 7QC to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Perform quality inspections and data analysis using Minitab (and JMP where applicable).
- Maintain documentation and reports in MS Office.
- Work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a QC Engineer in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work rotating schedules, holidays and weekends.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
- Quality‑focused mindset with ability to work independently.
