QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Bridgit is seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to ensure its digital loan systems deliver reliability, performance, and an excellent customer experience. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fintech environment where quality, automation, and operational excellence are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation testing strategies across UI, API, and integration layers using Playwright.
• Execute performance and security testing to keep systems resilient at scale.
• Champion quality‑first practices and mentor engineering teams on automation best practices.
• Develop robust, repeatable test suites and collaborate on CI/CD pipeline optimisation.
• Monitor test metrics, analyse quality trends and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on QA automation experience in complex software environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of thriving in agile, fast‑paced settings.
