Python Developer – AI/ML & LLM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with a strong focus on AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves building high‑performance backend services that power intelligent, data‑driven business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement low‑latency, high‑availability backend applications.
• Develop AI/ML frameworks and pipelines for automated business processes.
• Integrate server‑side logic with data pipelines and front‑end components.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code.
• Implement data storage and retrieval strategies and contribute to data platform architecture.
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects on data models and system integration.
• Build robust APIs and services for AI/ML model deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python (core language and libraries).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Knowledge of event‑driven programming, threading, and multi‑process architecture.
• Familiarity with server‑side templating (e.g., Jinja2, Mako) and basic front‑end technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and deployment.
• Understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
