About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Purchasing Specialist to manage the procurement of food ingredients, kitchen equipment, and restaurant consumables for our operations in Quezon City. The role ensures timely purchasing, quality verification of deliveries, and effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and consumables required for restaurant operations.
• Inspect delivered items for quality, quantity, freshness, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations staff to anticipate material needs and adjust orders accordingly.
• Conduct market research and field visits for price comparison and supplier evaluation when needed.
• Adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, to support operational demands.

Required profile

• Vocational graduate, college‑level, or college graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory management, food service, or kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities for dealing with suppliers and internal departments.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and proficient in record‑keeping.
