Purchasing Assistant

About the role

The Purchasing Assistant will support the hotel’s operational needs by ensuring that all departments receive the products and supplies they require, on time and within budget. This role is essential to maintaining smooth hotel operations and delivering high‑quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Understand each department’s needs based on stock levels, inventory, projects and plans.
• Manage timely deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to avoid disruptions.
• Search for and evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Create, track and maintain accurate purchase order records.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment planning.

Required profile

• Previous pre‑opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong proven leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
