Purchasing Assistant

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team in Manila as a Purchasing Assistant, where you will support the procurement function that keeps the hotel running smoothly. You will handle purchasing documents, maintain accurate records, and contribute to data‑driven decisions that enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, research prices, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
• Accept and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications.
• Issue and deliver items to departments, monitor stock levels, and alert supervisors of low inventory.
• Receive, scan, and process invoices, following up on discrepancies for timely payment.
• Conduct routine inventory counts, input merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ethical standards.
