Property Management Operations Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Management Operations Manager to lead a fully remote team of Virtual Assistants. The role bridges front‑line staff and senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations across leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise leasing, collections, maintenance dispatch, and administrative activities.
• Ensure prompt response to rental inquiries and monitor lead conversion, applications, approvals, move‑ins, and occupancy levels.
• Oversee daily posting of rental ads on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, etc.
• Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
• Provide daily performance coaching and supervision to team members.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, or residential property management.
• Proven experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff.
• Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow‑up, work‑order management, and occupancy management.
• Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English.
• Quiet home office, reliable high‑speed internet (≥10 Mbps) with backup, and dependable electricity with power backup.
