Job description

About the role

The Project Site Nurse oversees the health and safety of workers on a construction or industrial project site, providing first‑aid and medical treatment for injuries or illnesses and supporting a healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide immediate first‑aid and emergency medical care to workers on site.
Conduct health screenings and monitor occupational health conditions.
Assist with emergency preparedness and response planning.
Maintain medical records and manage medical supplies.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent qualification.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
Additional certifications in first aid, CPR, or occupational health preferred.
Experience in emergency nursing, occupational health, or field healthcare, especially in industrial or construction settings.

Required skills

First‑aid and emergency care.
CPR certification.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations for construction/industrial environments.
Occupational health expertise.
