Project Officer – Corporate Social Responsibility

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Officer/Associate to lead and support our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role will involve planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects that focus on education, enterprise development, health and disaster response, ensuring they deliver sustainable impact for the company and its communities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage CSR programs aligned with the company’s strategic focus on education, enterprise development, health and disaster response.
• Build and maintain networks with national and local government agencies, NGOs, private sector partners and internal business units.
• Coordinate with partner organisations on project scopes, implementation guidelines, monitoring and evaluation.
• Conduct periodic assessments of project impact on the company, beneficiaries and communities.
• Monitor program performance, propose improvements and report progress, recommendations and tools to senior management.
• Support the Executive Director in preparing business plans, presentations and other foundation‑related materials.
• Represent the organisation at meetings and events where the foundation is an active member.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, community relations or organisational planning and development.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in behavioural science, social work, community development or business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Established network with government bodies, NGOs or related agencies is an advantage.
