Project Manager – Residential Construction (Iloilo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of high‑rise residential and subdivision construction projects in Iloilo. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of residential high‑rise and subdivision projects.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Oversee contractor performance and enforce project specifications and timelines.
• Secure permits and liaise with government agencies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing housing, land development, high‑rise residential or condominium projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Experience with established real‑estate developers (e.g., DMCI Homes, SMDC, MDC) is highly preferred.
• Iloilo residents or candidates willing to relocate to Iloilo (relocation support provided).
