Project Manager – Remote (Software Development)

About the role

EXUS is seeking a remote Project Manager to join its global delivery team. You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to plan, execute, and close software development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, customer success, and operations to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for leadership.
• Control scope using change‑control processes and report on schedule, budget, P&L, and NPS.
• Lead contracting and negotiation processes with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in software development projects, with at least 3 years managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a remote environment.
