Project Manager (Remote Construction)

About the role

CooperBuild is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead U.S. high‑end residential and commercial renovation projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate all project phases, ensuring delivery aligns with client vision, quality standards, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre‑construction to close‑out, overseeing all documentation and communication.
• Review and coordinate architectural, engineering, and construction drawings.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project logs.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Lead project meetings, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and contract requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing U.S. construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with U.S.‑based teams and adapt to U.S. business hours.
