Project Manager – Banking IT Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead banking‑related IT projects from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance (PnL) of each project.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide regular status reports to management and customers.
• Mentor the internal Scrum Master and oversee release and deployment activities for web and mobile applications.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, handling complex projects using Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong decision‑making, risk management, and client‑facing skills.
