Digital Engineering .NET Core Manager

About the role

EY is seeking a seasoned .NET Core Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of high‑performance applications within its Global Delivery Services technology consulting team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable .NET Core/ASP.NET Core solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on support to development teams.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and SDLC processes.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences and report project status and risks.

Required profile

• 10‑14 years of .NET development experience with proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#
• Angular, TypeScript, front‑end unit testing
• SQL Server, database design, complex SQL queries, performance tuning
• Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, Git
• CI/CD, DevOps, build and release pipelines
• Azure or other cloud platforms (preferred)
