Program Manager – Lead Complex Tech Transformations

About the role

Seven Consulting is looking for a full‑time Program Manager to drive multi‑million‑dollar technology transformation programmes. You will lead high‑performing squads, ensure transparent reporting and deliver measurable benefits for our Australian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of A$20–A$50 million initiatives, meeting time, budget, quality and benefit targets.
• Unite executive sponsors, vendors and practitioners around clear KPIs.
• Provide crystal‑clear status using rigorous controls, real‑time dashboards and plain‑English reporting.
• Mentor junior talent, refine PMO methods and share best practices.
• Adapt between waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery approaches as needed.
• Maintain composure under pressure and keep programmes on track during disruptions.

Required profile

• Proven success delivering multiple A$20–A$50 million programmes for blue‑chip clients.
• Leadership experience with teams of 40+ members who would follow you again.
• Strong reputation for integrity, direct communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery (certifications welcome).
• High‑energy, strategic presence that elevates team performance.
