Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations by organizing workflows, monitoring production personnel, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and cleanliness on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production workers and oversee the entire production process.
• Monitor performance of staff and equipment to meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and safety compliance on the production floor.
• Train, develop and support team members, promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
• Ensure product and service quality meets the highest standards for customers.
• Manage rotational shift schedule (6 days per week) and coordinate with other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Laguna International Industrial Park, Binan, Laguna.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with 5S workplace organization.
• Understanding of HACCP food safety principles.
• Experience with baking and food technology processes (advantageous).
