Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager will lead operational excellence at our Danao facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality food products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan and organize production schedules to optimise workflow.
• Lead, train and supervise production personnel across shifts.
• Monitor performance, enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and proper calibration.
• Prepare and submit reports on production output, quality and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience in a food plant.
• At least three years of plant operations management in a multinational or top local company.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and regulatory quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with production management software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of manufacturing machinery.
