Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager is at the heart of AJ Media’s performance‑marketing funnel engine. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of funnels—from brief to live launch—while leading a cross‑functional team of developers, designers, and researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full funnel lifecycle (landing page, sales page, checkout, post‑purchase flow) and prioritize builds across the development pipeline.
• Conduct QA audits before launch to ensure brand consistency, correct pricing, mobile responsiveness and compliance.
• Set up and verify Voluum tracking, manage MID allocation and coordinate payment‑gateway requirements.
• Lead and coach the production team, run 1:1s, weekly huddles and evaluate new members through trial tasks.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, media buyers and the research team to align briefs, creatives and offer links.
• Maintain and optimise production tools (Airtable, CheckoutChamp, AI automation), track KPIs and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a production or project team in a DTC e‑commerce or performance‑marketing environment.
• Hands‑on familiarity with funnel‑building tools such as CheckoutChamp.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑funnel structure (advertorial, landing page, OTO/upsell, checkout).
• Experience with tracking setup and basic payment‑gateway/MID management.
• Sharp eye for QA, able to spot copy errors, broken links, pricing mismatches and design inconsistencies.
