Production Manager (3+ years experience) – Valenzuela

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily factory operations and ensure on‑time project completion. You will translate weekly production targets into actionable daily plans, manage manpower and equipment, and coordinate closely with engineering, purchasing, warehouse, and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily factory production and project delivery, executing the master production schedule.
• Assign manpower, machines, and work areas based on priorities and conduct daily production meetings.
• Monitor CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring, and packing processes, identifying bottlenecks early.
• Ensure material availability, escalating shortages immediately.
• Coordinate drawing/CAD‑CAM readiness and collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA/QC.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind and authorize overtime or manpower re‑assignment.
• Track rework, rejects, and quality issues while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
• Provide accurate project completion forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in electrical switchgear or panelboard production.
• Strong production leadership with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proven ability to read production drawings and understand fabrication processes.
• Experience in manpower management, bottleneck identification, and problem solving.
• Deadline‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and safety.

Required skills

• Basic Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Knowledge of CNC operations, sheet‑metal fabrication, turret punching, press brake, welding, powder coating, and copper busbar fabrication.
• Familiarity with electrical assembly and wiring.
• Understanding of LV/MV switchgear, panelboards, and busduct products.
• Experience with CAD‑CAM program readiness.
