About the role
RingCentral is looking for a Product Support Receptionist to join its AI‑powered communication team in Manila. You will be the front‑line contact for customers using RingCentral’s AI receptionist (AIR), gathering issue details and ensuring smooth communication between end‑users and client teams.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers of RingCentral’s clients during night‑shift hours (starting 7 PM Manila time).
- Collect detailed information about customer concerns and document them accurately.
- Relay issue summaries to client teams via email for timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the local Team Manager and other specialists to improve support processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of project information throughout the six‑month engagement.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience engaging with US‑based customers.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a pleasing personality.
- Willingness to work onsite in Manila and adhere to night‑shift schedule.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
