Product Manager – In‑store Digital Solutions

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the definition, prioritisation and delivery of in‑store digital systems that support business, operational and customer needs across Jollibee’s restaurants. This role focuses on POS, back‑of‑house (BOH) tools, self‑ordering kiosks, digital menu boards and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for global in‑store systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with senior executives, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise initiatives and communicate progress.
• Conduct market research, user interviews and data analysis with regional teams to inform product decisions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to launch, creating clear requirements and user stories and working closely with suppliers.
• Establish success metrics, monitor product performance and use data and feedback to continuously improve solutions.
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders through transparent communication on status, risks and developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of product management or business analysis experience, preferably in digital solutions for restaurants or retail.
• Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering innovative solutions.
• Experience coordinating global product rollouts across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and in‑store technologies (POS, BOH) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
