Product Lead - Lending & Trade Finance Regulatory Reporting

About the role

ING is looking for a Product Lead to join its Lending & Trade Finance Services (TFS) team within the Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting. The role owns the vision, roadmap and delivery of products supporting regulatory reporting for Lending and Trade Finance, leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and business analysts, and partners with stakeholders across business, technology, finance, operations, risk and compliance. It sits within Global COO Finance, which covers finance operations, process optimization, technology strategy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Lending & Trade Finance regulatory reporting services.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology domains.
• Drive onboarding of new entities, products and reporting capabilities into regulatory reporting platforms.
• Manage delivery across international teams in the Netherlands, ING Hubs and India.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage value delivery and solve complex business challenges.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory, audit, risk and governance requirements.
• Improve operational efficiency, data quality and reporting processes.
• Develop and grow a team through coaching, mentoring and capability building.
• Work with architects and engineering teams to shape future-state solutions and technology strategies.

Required profile

• Masters' degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 10 years of experience in banking, finance, product management, regulatory reporting, lending, trade finance or related fields.
• Proven track record leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs and managing products, roadmaps and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of Lending and Trade Finance processes, products and data flows.
• Experience in complex international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
