Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Xpress is looking for a Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager to drive user activation, engagement, retention and revenue across its mobile super‑app ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data and operations, shaping the end‑to‑end user journey from onboarding to long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning for new features, services and product launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Operations and Support teams.
• Develop rollout strategies for new verticals, cities, features and campaigns.
• Own and optimise lifecycle marketing platforms (Segment, WebEngage, CleverTap, AppsFlyer) and communication channels (push, in‑app, email, SMS).
• Design and execute onboarding, activation, retention and re‑engagement journeys.
• Analyse behavioural data to identify growth levers and improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing and Leadership to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and customer‑obsessed.
• Experience in fast‑paced digital ecosystems such as mobility, fintech, e‑commerce or SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
