Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

The Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager will drive user activation, engagement, retention and revenue growth for Xpress, a fast‑growing mobile super‑app in the Philippines. Working at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data and operations, you will shape how users experience the platform from onboarding through long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features, services, verticals and city launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness across product, marketing, operations and support teams.
• Own and optimise lifecycle marketing tools to deliver personalised onboarding, in‑app, push and SMS journeys.
• Analyse behavioural data to design and iterate activation, retention and revenue funnels.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, marketing and leadership to ensure feature adoption and consistent user experience.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and customer‑obsessed with experience in fast‑paced digital ecosystems such as mobility, fintech, e‑commerce or SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate insights and behavioural data into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong product orientation and comfort working across cross‑functional teams.
