Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

The Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager will drive Xpress’ user activation, engagement, retention and revenue growth by linking product, growth marketing, data and operations. This high‑impact role builds scalable systems that turn customer insights into actionable growth strategies across the entire user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning and launch execution for new features, services, verticals and city expansions.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Operations and Support teams.
• Own and optimise lifecycle marketing platforms (Segment, WebEngage, CleverTap, AppsFlyer) and channels such as push, in‑app, email and SMS.
• Design and run behavioural engagement campaigns to improve activation, retention and ride/order frequency.
• Analyse funnel performance and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing and Leadership to ensure product adoption and consistent user experience.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and data‑driven with a strong customer‑obsession.
• Proven experience in fast‑paced digital ecosystems such as mobility, fintech, e‑commerce, SaaS or app‑based platforms.
• Ability to translate insights and behavioural data into growth strategies that boost activation, retention and LTV.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with product, engineering and marketing teams.
