Product Designer II

About the role

YouTrip is seeking a Product Designer II to own end‑to‑end feature design for both B2B and B2C digital finance products. The role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers and business stakeholders to shape financial experiences across multiple global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from problem framing through delivery and iteration for product features.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to balance user, business and technical needs.
• Drive feature delivery independently, managing priorities, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Create polished user experiences using the complete product design process, including high‑fidelity prototypes and design specifications.
• Validate problem statements and design solutions, iterating based on customer insights.
• Present design rationale, customer insights and clear UX content to improve usability.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system through reusable components and purposeful motion design.
• Support junior designers by sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement.

• Excellent communicator, confident presenting design rationale and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on usability, accessibility, visual consistency and UX writing.
• Growth‑oriented, passionate about continuous learning and mentoring peers.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and experience contributing reusable components.
• Experience leading feature‑level initiatives independently.
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design for web and mobile.
