Graphic Designer

About the role

This position supports WSP’s visual communication across bids, projects, and marketing to enhance brand impact and win work. You will collaborate with Enterprise Strategic Bids, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver high‑quality design outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce visual assets such as diagrams, maps, infographics, proposals, and marketing collateral following WSP’s global brand guidelines.
• Provide presentation support, creating impactful PowerPoint decks within company standards.
• Coordinate print and digital requirements, advising on document specifications.
• Collaborate with creative team members, sharing ideas and adapting to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑7 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate, professional services, or similar environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple deadline‑driven projects.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication, with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
