About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own and grow our Managed Services portfolio, driving end‑to‑end product strategy, delivery and profitability across enterprise telecom and IT markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scale the Managed Services practice, covering practice development, delivery framework, governance and capability building.
• Lead the full product lifecycle of the Managed Network Service (MNS) from launch through commercialization and continuous enhancement.
• Develop and manage a partner ecosystem of technology vendors, system integrators and managed‑service partners to expand reach and margin.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Network Operations, Delivery and Customer Success to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer value.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to refine the portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
• Track revenue performance, pipeline health and adoption metrics, reporting weekly and monthly to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory trainings and maintain up‑to‑date personnel records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise telecom or IT, with at least 5 years in managed services or product management leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a managed‑services practice or comparable P&L.
