Product Automation Support Specialist

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for a Product Automation Support Specialist in Quezon. The specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Product Automation team, coordinating project activities, documentation and meetings, and observing and documenting process workflows while validating the performance of GenAI tools used on TaskUs campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Help prepare and schedule meetings, draft agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Run workshops with campaign operations teams to define how they can deliver business value through technology.
• Review performance metrics to spot areas where automation could improve results.
• Observe process workflows, document challenges and solutions, and share outcomes with the Digital Team.
• Collect, analyse and report data after implementation, and track progress with regular updates.
• Maintain accurate, accessible documentation and ensure data integrity in reports and presentations.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• At least one year of relevant Team Leader or comparable experience in an outsourcing or similar company.
• Previous experience in phone, email and live chat customer support roles.
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.

Required skills

• Technical know-how.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce, ZenDesk or another CRM tool.
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
• A basic understanding of AI and technology is a plus.
