Facilities Officer

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience solutions, is looking for a Facilities Officer in Pasig. The role is responsible for keeping the office environment safe, clean and well maintained so employees can focus on their work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle regular maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Manage inventories of office and cleaning supplies, and prepare monthly, daily and annual reports on pending supply requisitions and costing
• Monitor and maintain office housekeeping
• Efficiently lodge and monitor purchase requisitions
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, lights, electrical outlets and restroom fixtures regularly
• Receive and account for incoming deliveries of office equipment, furniture, fixtures and other fixed assets
• Work with Financial Analysts to ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time
• Maintain a COVID-19-free workplace and follow new normal protocols

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Facilities Management
• At least 1 year of experience in Admin and Facilities Management, Hospitality, Design and Architecture or similar fields
• Ability to motivate and inspire Housekeeping and Security staff and to manage vendors
• Experience as a Safety Officer with the 40-hour basic and 48-hour advanced occupational safety and health training is an advantage
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule
