Procurement Specialist II

About the role

Five9 is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to support its global procurement organization. The role focuses on operating the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform and ensuring a smooth procurement experience for internal stakeholders across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the purchase request to purchase order (PR>PO) process, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and troubleshooting for internal users of the Coupa system.
• Support vendor onboarding, completing documentation and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, and business owners to resolve matching exceptions and invoicing issues.
• Assist in routing vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) for review, approval, execution via Docusign, and archiving.
• Identify bottlenecks in the P2P workflow and recommend enhancements to the Coupa SME.
• Administer Coupa and any additional procurement software adopted by the team.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to aid vendor selection.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Coupa or similar Procure‑to‑Pay platforms.
• Familiarity with procurement policies and vendor onboarding processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve exceptions and improve workflow efficiency.
