FP&A Expert – APAC

About the role

The APAC Regional Financial Analyst will join the APAC Finance organization, providing financial planning and analysis support across multiple markets, primarily Japan and Taiwan. The role drives forecasting, budgeting, performance management and reporting while partnering with country finance teams and senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly APAC financial performance review, including variance analysis and management presentations.
• Coordinate periodic forecasts, consolidate country submissions, and challenge assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Support the annual budgeting and long‑range strategic planning processes for the region.
• Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue, profitability, margins and operating expenses, delivering forward‑looking insights.
• Partner with country finance teams and regional leadership to identify performance gaps and develop action plans.
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, forecast updates, executive dashboards and leadership presentations.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, finance business partnering or commercial finance.
• Proven ability to consolidate, analyse and interpret financial performance across multiple APAC markets.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix, multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and enterprise planning, reporting or financial management systems.
• Financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
