Senior Accountant – Accounting to Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage end‑to‑end accounting processes and reporting in line with our service level agreements and global policies. The role will ensure accurate journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations, fixed‑asset processing and timely month‑end close while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, perform balance‑sheet account reconciliations and intercompany balance confirmations.
• Process fixed‑asset transactions, conduct bank reconciliations and clear open items.
• Execute month‑end closing activities, review and approve Blackline journals and ensure compliance with SLA timelines.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly unit consolidation reports and support financial statement analysis for local accountants and CFOs.
• Maintain internal controls documentation, update SOPs and act as point of contact for audit queries.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with SMEs to implement action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
• 6‑8 years of finance experience, primarily in general‑ledger accounting and shared services environments.
• Proven experience with SAP and familiarity with Blackline and iPace tools.
• Strong analytical abilities, ability to work under time pressure and excellent written and spoken English.
