Procurement Specialist (Ariba)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in Ariba and related procurement platforms. The role involves translating client business requirements into functional configurations and ensuring successful implementation of procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Configure the Ivalua platform to meet client needs and support testing and validation phases.
• Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead functional implementation of Ariba procurement modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Spend Analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in Ariba implementation or similar procurement platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS solutions.
• Ivalua certification or hands‑on experience with the Ivalua platform is highly preferred.
