Assistant Production Manager (CDOC)

About the role

The Assistant Production Manager ensures smooth, efficient operations in the production area, delivering the right quantity and quality of products on time while minimizing cost.

Key responsibilities

• Implement inventory control procedures to ensure correct material usage.
• Analyze equipment performance, recommend and coordinate maintenance through job orders.
• Analyze production data and drive process improvements for higher efficiency.
• Plan production schedules and manpower to meet output targets.
• Monitor and report key parameters for processes, equipment and personnel activities.
• Coordinate closely with QA, logistics, maintenance and HR departments.
• Approve leave and shift change requests in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and machine troubleshooting.
• Certification in GMP and HACCP.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Cagayan De Oro.
