Platform Solutions & Operations (PSO) Specialist - Trace Focus

About the role

Nagarro is hiring a Platform Solutions & Operations (PSO) Specialist (Trace Focus) on a full-time, remote basis. The specialist investigates and resolves complex data-related issues through detailed log analysis, data validation and reconciliation within Databricks, acting as the main technical link between Customer Success and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between Customer Success and Engineering to speed up resolution of complex data issues.
• Run the Trace protocol with detailed log-level investigations and data validation in Databricks.
• Analyze and reconcile data discrepancies across media platforms, DSPs and internal systems.
• Validate client configurations, integrations and platform setups, and run engineering runbooks to trigger reprocessing, synchronization and recovery.
• Perform root cause analysis of data anomalies and create detailed defect packages with logs, analysis results and reproduction steps.
• Triage and classify issues so they reach the right engineering teams, and support incident investigations and post-mortems.
• Improve TTR by working with Engineering, Product and Customer Success, and build and maintain troubleshooting documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Spot recurring data quality issues and recommend process improvements and automation.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills to query, analyze, validate and reconcile complex datasets.
• Hands-on Databricks experience for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data flows and ETL processes.
• Ability to write clear, evidence-based defect reports and to follow runbooks and escalate issues.
• Good communication and documentation skills, with attention to data accuracy.
