Data Annotation Analyst

About the role

Sutherland is seeking detail-oriented specialists to support data annotation for a global technology platform. The role involves reviewing, labeling and classifying datasets to support AI/ML models, abuse detection and operational intelligence initiatives. It is a full-time position based onsite in Taguig.

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify and annotate data according to defined policies and quality standards
• Support spam, phishing and mail abuse detection initiatives
• Work across multiple tools, dashboards and workflows at the same time
• Identify anomalies and edge cases, and escalate trends where required
• Maintain accuracy, productivity and SLA targets in a 24x7 environment

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in data annotation, data labeling or trust and safety operations
• Experience in a 24x7, multi-vendor environment is essential
• At least 18 months of tenure
• PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding
• No active DA
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig
