PHRN Specialist – Healthcare Account

About the role

We are looking for a PHRN Specialist to join our Healthcare Account team. The role is based in Cebu and operates virtually, providing voice‑based processing support from Monday to Friday, 10 am‑7 pm. Cognizant, a global digital services leader, seeks talent to help clients solve complex healthcare challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls related to healthcare account processing.
• Perform virtual processing tasks in accordance with client guidelines.
• Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and maintain service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider Cognizant team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• BS Nursing graduate.
• Active PHRN license.
• Minimum six months of hospital or clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a voice‑process environment.
• Open to continuous learning and skill development.
