Pharmacy Account Manager – Pharmacy Technology Services

About the role

The Pharmacy Account Manager – Pharmacy Technology Services (PTS) is the primary point of contact for assigned pharmacy‑technology clients. You will ensure day‑to‑day operational excellence, coordinate issue resolution, and support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily service experience for assigned clients and act as the main operational and technology liaison.
• Manage intake, tracking, and escalation of client requests, benefit updates, eligibility files, reporting, and system access.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal operations, technology, claims, reporting, and support teams.
• Collaborate with senior account leadership on client readiness, renewals, and service improvements.
• Participate in client and internal meetings to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of client‑facing account management experience in healthcare, PBM, or healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Willingness to work on a US shift schedule.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of pharmacy technology platforms.
• Experience with case management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with claims adjudication platforms (e.g., RxClaim) and client portals.
• Experience handling eligibility files, extracts, and operational reporting.
• Ability to quickly learn technical systems and translate complex information for clients.
