People Operations Officer

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a People Operations Officer to own the talent ecosystem, design robust candidate pipelines, and introduce modern engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple business units to secure and nurture top‑tier talent, blending traditional HR practices with technology‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Revisit, design, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Innovate procedures to build talent pipelines through sourcing and candidate pool development.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement employee support and engagement initiatives.
• Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
