People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations of the People & Culture function, acting as the central hub for coordination, administrative support, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the P&C activity calendar and align initiatives such as employee engagement, culture, EHS, and learning.
• Coordinate internal meetings, cross‑functional programs, and support communication of key P&C milestones.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for employee engagement events and internal programs.
• Onboard and manage vendors (health providers, engagement partners, service providers), maintain documentation, and monitor deliverables.
• Assist P&C leadership with calendar management, meeting scheduling, report and presentation preparation, and tracking action items.
• Ensure documentation complies with company processes, identify process‑improvement opportunities, and promote adoption of digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or coordination.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and service‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
