People and Culture Lead

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a People and Culture Lead to oversee daily HR operations and ensure that all people processes are executed with excellence. You will act as a bridge between company strategy and HR execution, supporting a team that delivers digitally‑enabled healthcare services to millions of Filipinos.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Philippine tax and labor regulations.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, providing guidance to supervisors and ensuring consistent feedback.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances and driving engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, report findings, and recommend process improvements aligned with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising daily HR operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, benefits, tax, and labor compliance.
• Ability to guide performance management and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong capability in handling employee relations and fostering a positive culture.
• Analytical mindset to track HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.
