Part-time Sociology Teacher – Kabupaten Lebak

About the role

Ruangguru is looking for a motivated Part‑time Master Teacher to join its English Academy in Kabupaten Lebak. You will deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and support their academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English classes directly to students across multiple education levels.
• Provide coaching, act as a buddy and role model for fellow Master Teachers, and help improve teaching effectiveness under the Academic Team’s guidance.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents together with a Student Advisor to recommend suitable learning pathways and maintain engagement for renewal.
• Run Homework Clinics to address academic challenges and offer targeted solutions.
• Participate in Trial Classes, share best practices with regional teams, and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Meet the required minimum number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and enhance student outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a field relevant to the subject taught.
• Experience with very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Readiness to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
