Part-Time Remote IT Helpdesk Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive part‑time IT Helpdesk professional to provide remote technical assistance to our fully remote team. The role is ideal for candidates who can quickly resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues while continuously improving support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote troubleshooting for hardware, software and network connectivity problems.
• Assist users with cloud‑based applications and remote‑access tools.
• Monitor and manage endpoints using Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms.
• Support basic cybersecurity measures to keep devices and accounts secure.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and perform occasional on‑site asset checks.
• Take initiative to suggest and implement improvements to the support workflow.

Required profile

• Previous experience in helpdesk, IT support or remote troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote support applications, RMM tools and cloud‑based software.
• Understanding of IT management platforms and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and communicate clearly with users.
