Part-time English Teacher – Lebak

About the role

Ruangguru is seeking a part‑time English teacher to join its English Academy in Lebak. You will deliver live English lessons to students of various ages and support their academic progress through personalized coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live English classes for students across different grade levels.
• Provide coaching sessions, act as a buddy and role model for fellow Master Teachers.
• Collaborate with Student Advisors to recommend learning pathways and maintain student and parent engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and share best practices with regional teams.
• Meet the minimum required number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Develop learning materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching young learners is a plus.
• Proactive, willing to try new teaching methods.
• Available to teach at the selected Ruangguru branch in Lebak.
