Part-time English Teacher – Kabupaten Lebak

About the role

Ruangguru is looking for enthusiastic part‑time English teachers to join its English Academy in Kabupaten Lebak. You will deliver live lessons to students of various ages, support their learning journey, and collaborate with a community of Master Teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English classes directly to students across multiple education levels.
• Provide coaching, act as a buddy and role model for other Master Teachers, and share best practices.
• Conduct consultations with students or parents together with a Student Advisor to recommend suitable learning paths and maintain engagement for renewal.
• Run Homework Clinic sessions to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and work with regional teams on educational initiatives.
• Meet the minimum required number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and enhance student outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Willingness to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
